The Mediterranean focaccia is prepared with extra virgin olive oil from the first pressing and has a Mediterranean flavour. This focaccia is pre-baked on a large plate and can be cut into all kinds of shapes. The 900 gram focaccia is already cut into 2 pieces of 450 grams. In addition, the type of bread can be topped as desired. The typical Italian focaccia has an artisanal appearance and is the perfect accompaniment to salads, soup or for the barbecue, both cold and warm. All Lanterna® focaccias are composed of ingredients of the highest quality.
